Terms of Service

Welcome to Ti-Golf. By creating an account or playing a round through this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
1. Use of the service
You may use the Ti-Golf app to record mini-golf rounds, view leaderboards, and share scores. You agree not to abuse the service, submit false or misleading scores, interfere with the app, or impersonate other players.
You may not use any display name, username or profile information that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, or that impersonates another person, company or brand. Ti-Golf may edit, hide, reject or remove any username, score or account that breaches these terms.
2. Age and account use
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, your parent or guardian must create or approve the account and consent to the use of your personal data.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity submitted through your account.
3. Account information
We collect your name, surname, email address, optional phone number, and nationality or country selection so we can identify you in the app and on the leaderboard.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting Ti-Golf. Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Leaderboard data
Scores submitted in completed 18-hole rounds may appear on public leaderboards alongside your display name and country flag.
Ti-Golf may review, correct, hide or remove scores that appear inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, submitted in error, or submitted in breach of these terms. Ti-Golf's decision on leaderboard eligibility is final.
5. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party technology providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, email delivery or similar services.
6. Intellectual property
The Ti-Golf name, logo, design, content and related materials are the property of Ti-Golf and Heritage Golf Management Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them without permission.
7. Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is" and may not always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Ti-Golf is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, incorrect scores, leaderboard errors, technical issues or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by Mauritian law.
8. Suspension or termination
Ti-Golf may suspend, restrict or delete accounts that breach these terms, misuse the app, submit false scores, use inappropriate usernames, or interfere with the fair operation of the leaderboard.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
